Sheryl Newman - Operations Director
Sheryl is a graduate from the University of Aberdeen, educated to Master's degree level, who has worked in the Oil and Gas industry for the last 14 years. Sheryl has both led and worked as an integral part of project teams whose remit has been to reduce costs and improve productivity using bespoke technology solutions and business processes. Sheryl has a strong track record in delivering a first class service, relating particularly to team collaborative solutions and knowledge management.
"Globalisation has changed the nature of how businesses function. What has not changed are the requirements for success. Communication is paramount, more so today than ever before. Pulling together a seamless business team on-site is a challenge in itself. Trying to rally employees from distant locations can be daunting, at best. I really enjoy helping global teams to increase their productivity and in turn help organisations reduce their costs.
