Lesley has over 20 years experience, predominately within the IT and Oil and Gas sectors, and has led a number of projects including the development and delivery of migration communications plans for corporate IT strategies. Lesley’s strengths include excellent communication and presentation skills, strong project management and leadership, a breadth of application skills and an ability to understand, charter and facilitate change within teams.

It is always fascinating to work through the process with an organisation and to share the satisfaction at the end of the process when the team reaps the benefit of a successful implementation.
