Scott, a graduate from RGU, has gained 8 years of experience working within the Oil and Gas industry, primarily working within and leading teams in document and data management. Scott has played integral roles in implementing software changeovers and aided the creation of new processes and procedures. Scott’s skills include change management and data migration with an aptitude for training and support.
"Within my role as Document Management Implementation Coach, I enjoy the challenges that come with implementing new processes and procedures across organisations and teams. Knowing where the organisation wishes to be at the end of the process, and working out the best solution to get there, can be challenging both on an individual problem solving level, and as part of a team. Successfully ensuring a smooth transition to any new process and procedure across an organisation is extremely gratifying. Seeing the savings in both time and cost to any organisation, makes the job all the more fulfilling.
