The Challenge
Our client required Easthaven Group to develop a common collaboration process across its function. This function had team members who were split across several sites in both the UK and Azerbaijan. What added a further complexity was the involvement of 3rd party companies situated on other client sites.
The Approach
Easthaven Group used the already in place, but under-used, state of the art collaboration technology, implemented a coaching/training programme for BU team using and providing both comprehensive training materials and valuable technical support. Workshops were also held to raise awareness of the team's contribution and discuss findings from coaching sessions. Processes were created and put in place to link key services to aid users.
Outcome
Easthaven Group were extremely successful in executing the brief. The model put in place was held as an exemplar and to be replicated across other departments. The technology was accepted and adopted by all team members, ensuring both consistency and a dramatic increase in awareness of the collaboration process resulting in dramatic cost savings in both travel and decision making time.
