Easthaven Group were engaged by our client to ensure that the North Sea Wells Team's customised software tool, used to manage the stages of the drilling process, become a more valuable Process and Document Management tool.
The Approach
Easthaven Group identified the need to simplify the process and the requirement to align it with the way the teams already worked. This was achieved by forming a filing structure that reflected the client's Common Drilling Process.
