Janis Maitland

Janis Graduated from Robert Gordon University with a BA (Hons) in European Business Administration with French & German. In the last 6 years since leaving university, Janis has gained experience in a number of fields, mainly Knowledge Management and Training.

Janis joined Easthaven in the summer of 2006. Since then she has been a driving force in the pilot and roll-out of a new Information Management System within BP - creating new processes and providing training on the system. She has also developed and delivered communications services for the petrophysics network within BP.

Janis' skills include :

• Designing and implementing Knowledge Management Processes to meet client requirements
• Training in a variety of Information Management IT systems
• Coaching teams with newly implemented systems and tailoring support to their specific needs.
